Auto Dent Pro - Shipping & Vehicle Pickup/Delivery Policy
At Auto Dent Pro, we strive to make your vehicle repair experience as convenient as possible. To help serve you better, we offer vehicle pickup and delivery services, ensuring that your vehicle is handled with care and returned to you safely after repairs. 1. Vehicle Pickup and Delivery Service
We offer pickup and delivery services for customers within a specified radius of our repair shop. This service is designed to save you time and provide maximum convenience. The process is simple:
- Pickup: If you are unable to bring your vehicle to us, we can arrange for one of our team members to pick up your vehicle from your home, office, or any location within our designated service area.
- Delivery: Once your vehicle is repaired, we can deliver it back to the same location or another address of your choosing (within the service area).
2. Service Area

If you need to reschedule the pickup or delivery, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and provide better service.
4. Charges for Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup and Delivery Fee: We charge a flat fee for our pickup and delivery services, which is based on the distance from our shop.
- The fee will be discussed and agreed upon during the scheduling process.
- Fee Exceptions: In certain cases, such as large or complex repairs, additional charges may apply if extended time or special equipment is required for pickup and delivery.
5. Vehicle Condition & Responsibilities
To ensure the safety and protection of your vehicle during transportation, please review the following guidelines:
- Vehicle Readiness: Before pickup, please ensure that your vehicle is ready to be transported. If the vehicle is not operational, please inform us in advance so we can arrange the necessary equipment (e.g., a tow truck).
- Personal Items: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before the pickup. Auto Dent Pro is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- Vehicle Damage: We take great care when handling your vehicle. However, in the rare case that damage occurs during the pickup, delivery, or repair process, we will promptly address the issue according to our service warranty policy.
6. Delivery Timeframe
- Delivery times depend on the completion of the repairs and the scheduling of the delivery. We strive to deliver your vehicle within [7] days after repair completion, but the delivery time may vary depending on:
